Your Foundation's History "A Small Town, Non-Profit, Neighbor to Neighbor, Community Effort."
The Belleville Area Cultural Foundation began on November 1, 1987 when Merrill Womach presented a concert in Belleville and 1300 persons attended.
As a result of that program, several citizens of the community met to
discuss ways and means of bringing more outstanding programs to the
area. There was a determined decision to bring nationally and
internationally known persons and groups to the Belleville area, expanding the
entertainment and cultural opportunities available to those who live
here.
After months of discussions and
planning, the Belleville Area Cultural Foundation Inc was organized,
incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and registered as a public foundation.
Today, we
are looking for your support. We are a growing community and need new
members to help promote the arts and educational, entertaining and cultural events that will inspire, entertain and inform our children, grandchildren, and future generations in The Greater Belleville Wisconsin Area. As a member you could influence the selections of
talent that appears before us and help guarantee quality programs forever.

Building Your Foundation "Bringing the world to us."
We
have a dream to bring to Belleville - Aaron Rodgers, Josh Groban,
Garrison Keillor, The Dali Lama, Danny O'Donnell, Dolly Parton, Bo Ryan and your
favorite person or group. When each area household and business invests in one BACF membership
share, we will have 1600 members and the greatest small town foundation in the World!
The Green Bay Packers Did It! They
kept Packer entertainment in their community forever by selling shares in their
corporation to people like you in their hometown. Like the 112,000 shareholders in Green Bay Packers, Inc - your membership in the BACF is a share in your community's foundation that will make a difference for you and future generations in the Belleville area - forever.
The unique BACF membership plan places your tax deductible memberships fees in a trust fund. The principal is never spent! Only the interest
earned is spent on new programs. The
beauty of the BACF trust fund is that more members means a greater
fund, greater earnings and greater programs.
Current members have done their share. As your friends and neighbors, they make our programs possible. They need your support. If everyone does their share in the BACF, anything is possible for future programs and inspiration for our youth and future generations.
Your
BACF Directors have made it possible for every household and business to
afford a $500 membership share with annual payments as low as $50 (the
price of a tank of gas or a dinner out). Many of your neighbors, friends, businesses and organizations have joined. PLEASE JOIN NOW.
